Last updated 21 September 2026
Zero spam. We use your details only for the Remember the Time updates you requested. We do not sell or rent them, and we never share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Who is responsible for your information?
Tea First Ltd is the data controller for Remember the Time. Tea First Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17463079, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
You can contact us about privacy at hello@rememberthetime.co.uk.
What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name, the watch journey that interests you, and whether you might consider buying a future release. We also record when and how you consented and the version of the consent wording shown to you.
We do not store your IP address or browser user-agent with your registration. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse.
How and why we use it
We use your information to record your interest and to email occasional news about Remember the Time watch development, prototypes, availability and releases. Our lawful basis is your consent. Registering interest does not create an order, reservation or obligation to buy.
Who processes it?
Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure, bot protection and database used to receive and store registrations. Cloudflare processes this information on our behalf to operate and protect the service; it does not receive permission to use your details for its own marketing.
We do not use an email-marketing platform at present. Before adding another service provider, we will review its privacy and security terms and update this notice before transferring subscriber information.
How long we keep it
We review active registrations at least annually and keep them while the Remember the Time development-update programme remains active, unless you withdraw consent sooner. If the programme permanently ends, we will delete active registrations within 90 days.
If you unsubscribe, we remove your optional profile details and retain only the minimum information required to ensure we do not contact you again. You can separately ask us to erase that remaining record.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@rememberthetime.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect any processing that occurred before it.
You may also ask us to provide a copy of your information, correct it, restrict or object to its use, or erase it where applicable. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are concerned about how we handle your information.
